Poetic Cellars is located on 36 acres in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains
overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The temperate climate makes it an ideal
location for growing many of the grapes contained in our wines. The cooling
ocean air ensures that the grapes have a long growing season and ripen to perfection.

The winery's motto, "A Passion for Excellence" is gleaned from the method used to
make our wines. First, only the finest grapes are picked from small lots. From there,
our winemaker takes great care to ensure that the complex art of making a fine wine
is tended to in every way.

Directions:
From San Jose :
1          Take Highway 17 (South) for approximately 20 miles to Vine Hill Road ;
2          Left on Vine Hill for approximately 2.5 miles to Mountain View Road ;
3          Left on Mountain View for 1 mile to Rodeo Gulch Road ;
4          Right on Rodeo Gulch Road for 1/2 mile to 5000 Rodeo Gulch Road .

From Monterey / Aptos:
1.      Take Highway 1 (North) to Bay/Porter Exit;
2.      Right on Bay Porter for approximately 3 miles to Laurel Glen;
3.      Left on Laurel Glen for approximately 2.5 miles to Rodeo Gulch Road ;
4.      Left on Rodeo Gulch Road for 1/2 mile to 5000 Rodeo Gulch Road .
