Beverage Packages – 2012

Versed Beverage Package

Includes beverages served by our professional winery staff for up to 5 hours.  All beverages will be served from the Poetic Cellars bar.

Package includes:

Chardonnay, Mirage (Rosé) and Merlot, Champagne for the toast, filtered water, assortment of canned soda, & domestic beer. Wine glasses and ice are included.

Well-Versed Beverage Package

Includes beverages served by our professional winery staff for up to 5 hours.  All beverages will be served from the Poetic Cellars bar.

Package includes:

Your choice of 2 white wines, 1 Rosé and 2 Red Wines from the following:

Chardonnay, Viognier, Wedding White, Mirage, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet
Sauvignon or Petite Sirah. In addition, the package includes Champagne for the toast, filtered water, assortment of canned soda, ice tea, & choice of 2 beers. Wine glasses and ice are included.

Well-Versed Beverage Package with Table Service

Includes beverages served by our professional winery staff for up to 5 hours.  All beverages will be served from the Poetic Cellars bar throughout as well as a bottle of white and red wine will be placed on each table during the meal.

Your choice of 2 White wines, 1 Rosé and 2 Red Wines from the following:

Chardonnay, Viognier, Wedding White, Mirage, Merlot, Mourvedre, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon or Petite Sirah. In addition, the package includes Champagne for the toast, filtered water, assortment of canned soda, ice tea, & choice of 3 beers. Wine glasses and ice are included.

Well-Versed Beverage Package with Table service

and Personalized labels

Includes beverages served by our professional winery staff for up to 5 hours.  All beverages will be served from the Poetic Cellars bar throughout as well as a bottle of white and red wine on the table during the meal. Poetic Cellars will create a beautiful personalized wedding label for the wine that will be placed on the meal tables.

Your choice of 2 White wines, 1 Rosé and 4 Red wines from the following:

Chardonnay, Viognier, Wedding White, Mirage, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, any of our Reserve Wines and Signature Blends. In addition, the package includes Champagne for the toast, filtered water, assortment of canned soda, ice tea, lemonade & choice of 4 beers. Wine glasses and ice are included.

Beverage Policies:

• All Beverage Package Prices are for all adults over the age of 21 years of age.
• All alcoholic beverages are to be provided by POETIC CELLARS.
• No hard alcohol is permitted on POETIC CELLARS’ Property.
• No BYO alcohol (of any kind) privileges.
• A beverage package is required for booking an event at POETIC CELLARS and selections must be made from current releases.
• Guests ages 5-20: $5.00 per person beverage charge.
• Guests under the age of 5: No per person beverage charge.
